Security and penetration-testing specialists are welcome to create a website-testing profile and list relevant certifications. Penetration-testing contracts are outside the current pilot; they require a separately approved scope and written authorization.
Account creation does not guarantee verification, invitations, paid work, or employment.

At a $30/hour winning bid, a full 5% bonus adds $1.50/hour: $31.50/hour, or $315 for 10 completed hours. This example requires the 5% tier and sufficient margin. Your employer’s agreed price stays the same.
Eligible hourly auction contracts only. Bonus capped at CAD $2/hour and CAD $50 per contract. It is calculated and locked at award, after reserving modeled processing, service costs, and a 20% contribution target; it can be reduced to zero. Actual costs can still exceed estimates. Flat-rate contracts and direct paid trials are excluded. Only independently verified, completed, non-refunded assignments count; the unrounded rating average determines eligibility. No bonuses or income are guaranteed.

FOUNDING BUSINESSES
For new founding members, competitive assignments receive a target 2% discount on the initial quote, capped at CAD $10 per contract, subject to the margin safeguards. Paid trials receive 2% off AFFLECK’s service fee, capped at CAD $10, with the CAD $10 minimum fee protected.
Why now? After the first 100 unique businesses are verified, this founding offer closes to new applicants. Your awarded status stays on your account for future eligible contracts.

The first 100 verified individual professionals can request one written review of their profile and work samples from AFFLECK. Each review covers up to 20 minutes of review time, with a specific focus you choose.
Why now? Feedback capacity is limited to 100 founding reviews. Later members can still build profiles and bid, but this complimentary review is not included.

One membership per business or person. An account alone does not reserve a place. The local pilot’s allocation records are not a public launch membership count.
The new business discount is non-cash, non-transferable, and capped per contract. Competitive discounts can be reduced to preserve the modeled contribution floor; combined savings cannot exceed 20% of the initial quote. Paid-trial discounts apply to the service fee only, never to participant pay. Subscription waivers are not included for new members. Artificially splitting a scope to multiply discounts is not permitted and can be declined during quote review.
Founding professionals receive one written review, not ongoing coaching or certification. Reviews are handled through the admin queue without a promised turnaround. Founding membership does not improve bid ranking or reliability scores. Benefits already allocated under the earlier programme remain recorded under their original terms.

No. A business reviews its quote before bidding opens. A contractor must be verified and invited before bidding and can set personal minimum rates.
Employers can request revisions or submit an evidence-based refund request. Refunds require review and are not automatic. The local pilot records decisions; it does not move real money.
Local accounts, credential review, assignment requests, invited bidding, messaging, and member-perk records are available. Live payment settlement and contractor payouts require production setup.
